Information Communication Technology (ICT) access listing
Find out where internet, computer and training resources are available in your local area
South Australian community groups now benefit from greater access to computers, the internet and IT training through an initiative to identify and promote locations where volunteers can access Information Communication Technology across the State.
Recent research indicates that community groups are yet to take full advantage of the ICT opportunities available to them.
Following a proposal of the Volunteer Ministerial Advisory Group (VMAG), the Office for Volunteers worked with South Australian councils to identify places for volunteers and community groups to access free and low cost ICT services.
There are now 287 sites across 68 council areas people can visit to access this free and low cost ICT, including community libraries, schools and more.
